Your journey to weight loss begins at Nourish and Thrive, a wonderful and unique weight loss retreat. Our holistic approach supports all aspects of weight loss as well as nourishing your well being. Our retreat includes Cookery demonstrations to help you batch cook delicious meals and a Seminar on Practical Nutrition to help you understand and simplify food choices. Your package also includes workshops to help you explore any limiting beliefs and you will also learn how to change your thoughts and habits to support your weight loss. You will start to recognise your triggers and learn how to control emotional eating.
You will participate in our daily outdoor activities, such as a Hike on Bertra Beach, a walk on the Tourmakeady Waterfall loop and a cycle on the Great Western Greenway. Also enjoy our daily Meditation sessions. On our 5 day retreat enjoy the unique experience of our Sound Bath Workshop and enjoy a Yoga class. Finally take some time out to rejuvenate and thrive.

Nourish & Thrive will be run under the guidance and expertise of local Ruth O Malley, who has a Masters Degree in Exercise and Sport Psychology. Ruth ran a private weight loss clinic for five years and has extensive experience in this area.
